MINIWARE AirGo 140 is the world's first portable intelligent hot air gun powered by USB Power Delivery (PD) launched by the e-Design team. The whole unit weighs only 115g and adopts a pen-shaped design. It can be easily put into a toolbox or carried with you, and is suitable for various scenarios such as on-site maintenance, laboratory research and development, and daily electronic work.
Despite its compact size, AirGo 140 achieves a maximum heating capacity of 140W. The outlet air temperature can be accurately adjusted within the range of 80-450°C,with five selectable airflow levels. It takes only 10 seconds at the fastest to rise from room temperature to 300°C. It adopts a PID precise temperature control algorithm, combined with a patented parallel heating wire structure, with fast thermal response and stable temperature output. Users can freely match parameters according to the heat dissipation characteristics and wind sensitivity of different components.
For tasks that are difficult to perform with a soldering iron or heating platform , such as BGA/QFN packages with bottom-side pads or soldering on double-sided PCBs , AirGo 140 provides an effective hot air solution and is a flexible supplementary tool on the electronics workbench.
To achieve the above performance, AirGo 140 adopts a front air inlet and front air outlet air duct design, combined with a high-speed brushless fan (100,000rpm). The design concentrates the airflow, provides strong air pressure, and supports reliable operation over extended periods. The body supports USB-C (PD)/DC5525 dual input and can flexibly adapt to a variety of power supply scenarios. The included smart sleep stand incorporates a Hall-effect sensor; when the hot air gun is placed on the stand, it automatically enters sleep mode and begins cooling down, combining convenience with safety.
For user interaction and system protection, AirGo 140 is equipped with a user-friendly operation interface and supports wireless control by a mobile phone APP, which can monitor the device status and adjust the temperature and wind speed in real time. Multiple built-in protection mechanisms, including intelligent power-off, automatic high temperature cool-down protection, over-voltage and over-current protection, ensure stable and safe operation over extended periods. The body uses heat-resistant engineering materials, taking into account lightweight and structural strength, and is matched with a precision heating core to ensure the reliability of long-term use.

2. Power Supply Selection Instructions
AirGo 140 supports two power supply input methods:
DC power supply: DC5525 connector, 20–28V range (e.g., power adapter, industrial switching power supply, or battery pack).
Output voltage: 20-28V
Continuous output current: ≥5A
PD power: USB-C connector; PD 3.0 or later is required.
20V/5A (100W)
28V/5A (140W)
* The 28V PD mode requires a PD 3.1 28V power source and a USB-C power cable supporting 48V, 5A, 240W EPR.

3. Power description: This product can work normally within the power range of 65-140W. If the power supply power is lower than 100W, the hot air gun can still be started and used normally, but it cannot reach the maximum temperature (450°C), and the heating speed will be significantly slower. If full-power output and rapid heating are required, it is recommended to use a 100-140W power supply.

* Important: Do not connect DC power and USB-C (PD) power at the same time. Connecting both power sources simultaneously may damage the device.
